FAQs

How much does a pool cost?

Realistically the average basic pool is costs $32,000 to $35,000. Of course there are pools that cost much more than this, and generally the pool design is limited by budget and yard size. Can you get one for less? Yes you can, but if you have a quote for less than $29,000, it would be worth your time to have us look at it to make sure that it includes what is necessary for a durable and safe pool.

How long does it take to build a pool?

Four to six weeks, weather permitting.

Is fence removal and replacement included?

Yes! If we need to remove a part of your fence to build the pool, we will reinstall it at no cost to you. This is included in every pool we build.

What about my sprinkler system in my back yard?

Unfortunately, most of your sprinkler system will be removed in the process of construction. However, we do reroute your sprinkler system and install it around your pool. This is also included with your pool package, many builders leave this up to you to repair.

Which is better, a salt pool or a chlorine pool?

Well first of all, a salt pool is a chlorine pool. The salt that is added to the water is converted into chlorine to kill the bacteria. In our professional opinion, we would not recommend a salt system due to the corrosive nature of the salt and its inferior ability to produce the amount of chlorine needed to properly control all forms of algae. We would be happy to talk more about this with you and make sure you are properly informed should you decide to go with a salt water system.
