Initial Consultation

Our first meeting with you is the most important. We would like to do everything we can to capture the vision you have and make it come to life in your backyard! Please have a copy of your plot plan or property survey (usually found in your home closing papers) and examples of pools you like from magazines, the internet, etc. We will take all the time needed to fully understand your pool ideas. During this meeting, we will also walk your back yard and take a few pictures and measurements.

Design/Permits

Our designers use Pool Studios design software, the gold standard in pool design. We start with your survey, pictures of your home, measurements and the notes from your consult to create a design that turns your dream backyard oasis into a potential reality. Additionally, we handle all the permits and HOA paperwork so once you sign the contract, we start the paperwork process immediately, getting you one step closer to your very own backyard oasis.

Construction Process

Just how long does it take to build a pool? Our average time is 8 to 12 weeks, weather permitting. The first steps you’ll see happening in your backyard are excavation, steel, plumbing and gunite. After that, the deck is formed and poured, tile and coping are added and then plaster. Once plaster is in, it’s time to fill the pool and then comes time to swim.
